These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and all digital products sold by Slate Department™. By purchasing or using any template, you agree to these Terms.
Slate Department™ sells digital Webflow and Framer website templates. Templates are delivered electronically through Lemon Squeezy. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your template.
Support is limited to simple guidance on how the template works and clarifications about template features. Support does not include detailed Webflow or Framer training, platform bug fixes, performance troubleshooting, custom layouts, or personalized development work.
Each purchase grants a single-use license based on Webflow’s single-use licensing model. This license allows you to use the template for one project or website and you may modify it as needed for that project. The license does not permit reuse across multiple websites, nor does it allow reselling, redistributing, or sharing the template in any form. Additional projects require additional purchases. You may use the template for personal or client work.
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers should preview the template and review all product details before purchasing.
The affiliate program is managed through Lemon Squeezy.
Affiliates earn a 30 percent commission per qualifying sale.
Affiliates must follow Lemon Squeezy’s rules and may not use spam, impersonation, deceptive marketing, or misleading methods.
Slate Department™ may suspend or remove affiliates at its discretion.
No user account is required on this website. Templates are delivered through an email containing the access link after purchase is completed.

Slate Department™ is not responsible for lost revenue, lost data, downtime, platform bugs, third-party conflicts, or any issues caused by Webflow, Framer, or Lemon Squeezy.
Use of our templates is at your own risk.
Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products means you accept any updated Terms.
